Moot court practice is a simulation of the judicial process carried out by students on January 9 2025 by playing various roles in the trial. This practice is part of the Civil Procedure Law course.
The objectives of moot court practice are:
Familiarize students with the atmosphere and atmosphere of a real trial
Helping students understand judicial procedures and principles
Increasing students' capacity as prospective legal practitioners
In moot court practice, students will act as: Chief Judge, Clerk, Prosecutor, Lawyer, Plaintiff, Defendant, Defendant, Witness, Expert Witness, Oath.
